Shipping Policy

At Shidimo Interaux Pvt. Ltd., we strive to offer fast and efficient shipping to ensure your purchases arrive safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders.

Products will be shipped to an address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete. All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract, and, as a result, risk of loss and title for Products pass on to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.

We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address under any circumstance.

The selected product will be delivered only to those zip codes mentioned as “available” on this website. The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.

– All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days

– Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

– If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination

Shipping charges are listed along with the product and the final amount will be displayed during checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation whatsapp with tracking information. You can track your order status through the carrier’s tracking portal.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer

If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded.

For accounts which violate our fair usage policy, additional delivery charges may be levied or cash on delivery may be denied or the account may be blocked forever.

If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at swachhadp@gmail.com along with all the details about your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Kindly reach out to us for pilferage / leakage / tempering within twenty four (24) hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, you are requested to please make note of the below pointers:

* Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.

* You may be required to furnish information like a short description of the case (a few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)

* The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (if any). Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged.

* The refund for prepaid / Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation. You may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

– Failure to provide adequate information about the case.

– Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any).

– Claims for a pilferage / leakage delivery were made after 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

– You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 – 4 days post-delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.

Shidimo Interaux Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery.
